Who are we
Our web sites are: http://comexpert.eu and http://comexpert.se.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the information displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser’s user agent string to facilitate spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be submitted to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar Service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract any location data from images on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to enter your details again when you leave a new comment. These cookies will be valid for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login details and your screen display choices. The login cookies last for two days and the cookies for screen options last for one year. If you choose “Remember me”, your login will remain for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically, rather than keeping them in a queue for moderation.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights you have to your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal information we hold about you, including the information you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
Where we send your data
Visitors’ comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service.
